An alle die die Demo beschissen fanden, hier mal ein schöner Beitrag von jemanden der die Situation gut beschreibt.
The demo is absolute shit at showing you how tough the game is. It
recharges Soultimates after every single battle when it takes at least
three or four battles just to recharge one in the actual game on top of
them never one-shotting enemies like in the demo, you're using level 20
Yokai for an area that's level 2-5 at best, and the only challenge is
Snartle who isn't even a challenge in the demo since his damage, speed,
and HP scale to your Yokai Watch level in the actual game but in the
demo you only have the lowest ranking one so you're actually overpowered
when fighting him. Hell, you can't even switch out to Yokai you
befriended(Which you can do in the demo), you're stuck using the default
Imagine if I gave you a demo of X and Y and
the entire demo is running through Not-Viridian Forest and ends with you
fighting the first gym leader. Now, during all this your Pokemon can
all mega evolve and you have a team of six Pokemon above level 50.
You're allowed to use Pokeballs but you can't use the Pokemon you catch,
and the only tough enemy you can fight is your rival who has level 30
Actual battles in Yokai Watch are juggling through
partners to get rid of debuffs, healing at the proper moments, using
Soultimates sparingly since the useful ones are buffs or recoveries,
using items properly since they can't be used for a "turn" after you use
one, and so on. The demo does a piss poor job of showing any of this.
